Where do I get the app?

It’s free in the App Store for iPhone. Tap the App Store button at the top of this page.

Do I need stickers to use the app?

Yes. Every alert is paired with a PROVE IT Sticker, and tapping that sticker is the only way to turn the alert off. Get a pack of 20.

Is there a subscription?

No subscription needed for the PROVE IT app or stickers. Buy the stickers once, the app is free.

What if I really can’t get to my PROVE IT Sticker?

You get 3 free skips for real emergencies. No charge, no judgment. Apparently, you’re human.

Does the app track my location?

Only if you turn on “Only trigger when I’m at a location” for an alert. Then the app skips that alert when you’re somewhere else, so no “wash dishes” alarms at the movies. Details in our privacy policy.

Does it work on Android?
