Pre-orders
Changed your mind before your order ships? Email us at hi@shelpful.com with your order number and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. No questions asked.

After your order arrives
If something arrives damaged, defective, or just isn't right, email hi@shelpful.com with your order number and a quick description (a photo helps). We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

PROVE IT Stickers use 3M adhesive and are meant to stay put, so stickers that have already been stuck on can't be returned. Unused stickers in their original case can.

How refunds work
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
